In addition, we maintain detailed digital records that include plating thickness test results (categorized by customer and part number), certification forms, plating bath analyses, and maintenance logs documenting chemical additions. This robust documentation s guarantees strict adherence to quality standards and supports a comprehensive quality analysis process, enabling us to consistently deliver superior results to our customers.

Environmental Commitment

Rykon Plating operates an environmentally responsible facility, as verified by recent Environmental Phase I and II surveys. Our commitment to sustainability is demonstrated through two key practices: recycling wastewater treatment sludge, even though this option is more expensive than landfilling, and maintaining a dedicated hazardous materials storage room equipped with an independent fire detection and suppression system. These practices ensure the safe management of hazardous materials in our production areas, underscoring our commitment to environmental stewardship and quality. Notably, our hazardous materials storage room adheres to best practices by providing proper containment and fire safety for dangerous substances.
